Good prospect research is as much about knowing what not to pursue as it is about finding new opportunities. I research and assess foundation and corporate prospects based on fit, funding history, relationships, and likelihood of support—helping you focus your time and resources where they have the greatest potential.
Proposal Development
Having worked closely with foundation program officers throughout my career, I understand what funders look for in a strong proposal. I work with your team to understand the program, identify its most compelling strengths, and present it clearly and persuasively in a way that speaks to the funder’s priorities and interests.
Grant Portfolio Management
When grants are an important part of your revenue, you can’t afford to miss deadlines, lose track of renewals, or let funder relationships go quiet. I can take responsibility for keeping the entire grants process moving—from prospect planning and proposals to reports and renewals—while coordinating with program and finance staff and maintaining relationships with foundation and corporate funders along the way.

Sometimes you need help with a specific project. Other times, you need someone who can take responsibility for the grants work on an ongoing basis.
We can start with a clearly defined project—such as prospect research, a proposal, or an assessment of your current grants portfolio—or with ongoing grant portfolio management. We’ll figure out the approach that makes the most sense for your organization.
What Does It Cost?
The cost depends on what you need. Some projects are best structured as a fixed fee, while others make more sense on an hourly basis. Ongoing grant portfolio management is typically priced monthly.
After an initial conversation, I’ll recommend an approach and provide a clear estimate of the cost before we begin.
